Protein Bites
Quick, easy, and a great bit of quick protein.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Butter/Spray Muffin tins and preheat oven to 375
* Step 2
Add sliced ham to each cup (or previously cooked bacon)
* Step 3
Add a pinch of your choice of cheese and crack an egg into each cup on top
* Step 4
Sprinkle with salt & pepper and cook for 15-18mins depending on how you want your egg done.
* Step 5
Top with green onion, avocado, or dip in salsa, these are great for fast morning or on the go!
