Cooking instructions

* Step 1

~custard~ mix egg, sugar, milk, corn starch. Heat until bubble forms, add butter. Chill

* Step 2

Heat butter, sugar, water, salt. Off heat, sift in flour. Mix

* Step 3

Fry dough for 2 mins. Let cool

* Step 4

Add egg in batches, until v tip forms. Use pastry bag to form eclair 10cm each

* Step 5

180 C for 25 mins. 160 C for 15 mins

* Step 6

Let cool and pipe in custard and coated with chocolate
