Sweet Avo Bread

Bonus recipe for the #GoldenApron23 challenge this week. I go bananas over avocados, can you tell?

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 - 4 servings

AP flour

Pinch

salt

1/2 cup

buttermilk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 175C. Grease and flour a medium bread pan. Set aside

* Step 2

Mash avocado until smooth. Add an egg and flavoring to the avocado, mix until smooth

* Step 3

Separately sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the smooth avocado in two additions. Scrape sides of the bowl and mix once more

* Step 4

Transfer batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes then check for doneness

Cool in the pan on a rack for 5minutes then take out of the pan to continue cooling on the rack
