AMIEs Perfect Homemade Pancake

Easy to make with ingredients you probably already in hand. It’s the perfect versatile all-in one recipe.

milk

1 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

baking powder

dash

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk egg, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and dash of salt. Add milk mixture and whisk until combined.

Grease pan or a flat griddle with cooking oil. Preheat over medium-high heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form before flipping. Cook other side until golden brown.

Serve hot with maple syrup and butter or your favorite filling like NUTELLA. Enjoy!
