Bhuna chicken paratha roll😍
Chicken flavoured with spices,chutney, salad and a crisp paratha made with corn meal and all-purpose flour #GA4 #week1 #paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead the flour with the above paratha ingredients with sufficient warm water,cover and keep in warm place.Now grind the masala(onion, tomato, cashewnuts, ginger,garlic &chillies).Now heat oil & butter and pour in the grinded mixture/masala.
* Step 2
Now add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala and saute till oil floats up.Now add boneless chicken cubes,tomato paste,red food colour and saute till mixture is dry and cooked well.
* Step 3
Now off the flame and add the sliced carrots and capsicum,mix well and now the batter is ready.Now make small dough balls.
* Step 4
Now make paratha, use oil/ghee,now break one egg over paratha, spread the egg over paratha and turn.
* Step 5
Now fill the paratha with bhuna chicken,onion, cabbage salad and mint chutney roll it over and cover with silver foil and serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
