Every Ramadan we make these yellow lentils fritters #easyrecipe #delicious

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First soak the lentils for atleast 2 hour now strain the water and grind coarsely with cumin,chilli and garlic (make it thick batter)
* Step 2
Now add the red chilli pwd,baking pwd and salt.mix it well.now add the chopped onion,coriander leaves and green chilli (optional) now mix well.now heat oil in a deep pan/vessel n put the batter spoon by spoon n fry the fritters. (U can even save the batter n use the next day)
* Step 3
Serve hot with any of ur favourite sauce n enjoy😋(pic 2)look how its cooked beautifully....do make n enjoy the softness from inside and the crunch from outside 😊
