Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 5eggs add sugar,bread CRUMBS n vanilla essence whisk it
* Step 2
Now make custard of 1 cup milk n custard powder n sugar.cool it then add in the batter
* Step 3
Now caramel sauce.now add the batter in the same pan.
* Step 4
Now steam it in any vessel.I have idli maker.so steam in it or you can give water bath to the batter at 180Β°for 15 mins or acc to your oven.serve room temperature or chilled acc to your wish.do try n Please give feed back.
