* Step 1
Firstly make paste of tomato,ginger and green chilli in a mixer jar
* Step 2
Now heat up oil in a utensil crackle cummin seeds add kadi leaves and tomato pyuri to it. Then add dry spices (turmeric powder,salt and coriander powder).Simmer for 10 minutes until oil come from the sides of the tomato now add left over rice in the tomato gravy
* Step 3
Tomato rice is ready to serve
