Ingredient

200 gm

besan

2 tablespoon

sugar

1 packet

ENO

to taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

mustard seeds

1/2 teaspoon

sesame seeds

as needed

curry leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl,put besan and add sugar,salt and lemon juice in it.pour water in it as much as besan absorb.leave it for 15 min.

* Step 2

Now add ENO in the batter and pour it in the mould.

Steam for 15 min.allow it to cool.khamad is ready

Cut khamad in to small sticks

* Step 5

Then fry this sticks

* Step 6

Now give tadka of mustard seeds,sesame seeds,kadi leaves,coriander leaves and green chilli over pieces of khaman.fry khaman sticks is ready.serve this with chutney
