Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make imli ka chutney by adding..imli,coriander leaves,green chillies,zeera and water..boil it and with the help of channi..remove the pulp..keep aside..Soak the chana overnite then boil the chana by adding little salt to it..drain the water..keep aside..Take 1 tbspn of besan add water and make a thin paste..keep aside..
* Step 2
Now drop oil in a pan add zeera, and fresh garlic..saute..add boiled potatoes to it..mix it..add red chilli.powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,green chilli,curry leaves and garam masala powder..give it a good mix..add chopped onion,tomato,coriander leaves,mint leaves and a tbspn of imli chutney keep mixing it wel..add boiled chana to it..mix well now add the besan mixture to it..and let it cook for a while..it's ready
* Step 3
Now add the chana into the serving bowl..add little imli chutney, top up with some chopped onions and tomatoes..then add jini sev to it..and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
