Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil milk,milk powder,cardamom powder and keep stiring for 15 to 20mins,now add cream, saffron,chopped pistachios and almonds and condensed milk..keep stiring till it comes to little on a thicker side..now keep aside let it comes to the normal temperature..
* Step 2
Remove bread edges,cut into any shape you lik..i used cookie cutter and made in round shape..now fry this bread into ghee or oil..let it turns into golden colour...soak the excess ghee on kitchn towel..keep aside..
* Step 3
In a deep pan add sugar, water and cardamom powder...bring it to boil add pinch of saffron in it..then add food colour (optional)
* Step 4
Now take the fried breads..dip one by one into sugar syrup for a minute..dont keep it for long time..
* Step 5
Take a serving bowl add rabdi in it..then one by one add the dipped bread pieces into it again put the layer of rabdi..then once again add the dipped breads and again rabdi..keepin freeze to chill..
* Step 6
Serve chill...ready..enjoy👍
