Chicken cutlet
Presenting a new dish which is cooked in white sauce,do try it.You gonna love it for sure
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the chicken and shred it.Now take a vessel add butter then add all purpose flour to it.Saute till it becomes light brown add black pepper powder and salt to it after that add milk and it will form like a dough mix it well.Add carrot capsicum and green chillies mix it well.Cook on very low flame now add shreded chicken to it once it's done.Let it cool down and mix bread crumbs to it and cover the batter and keep in freeze.Batter for cutlet is ready
* Step 2
Take out the batter from freeze and give in a round shape roll in rava and keep aside.
* Step 3
Now take a bowl add eggs add red chilli powder and salt to it and mix it well.Now dip the rolled cutlet into eggs and deep fry it.It's ready to serve.
