Pressure cooker Conchita's
First time playing with my new pressure cooker. Trying a new way to cook old favorites in the summer heat with out the use of a hot stove.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put ground beef and shells and can stewed tomatoes in pressure cooker. Add salt and pepper.
* Step 2
In a cup or bowl mix small can of tomato sauce and half a cup of water with the spices till combined
* Step 3
Pour over the meat and shells and add the remaining 3 cups of water
* Step 4
Cover with pressure cooker lid and set to 35 minutes. I put mine on menu button for stews.
* Step 5
When done let pressure release on its own for a few minutes and then try and release as directed by your cooker instructions.
* Step 6
Add a can of corn and mix well set to warm. Optional
* Step 7
Serve with a side of sliced tomatoes and onions sprinkled with salt and lime juice by a side of avocado . Sprinkle cilantro chopped up on top for looks and flavor. Enjoy.
