NY Strip in Brown Butter Sauce with Mushrooms
Very easy and delicious version of a NY strip, the flavor of the wine with the smoothness of the butter, accompanied by the beautiful forest flavors of the mushrooms

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat some oil in a sauce pan, take your protein and season it liberally with salt n pepper, sear 3-4min per side, set aside and rest under a tin foil tent
* Step 2
While pan is hot add more oil and shallots, pan should be hot enough to sweat off the heat source,drop in mushrooms and stir till moisture comes out, add four and wine stir into a roux slowly adding the stock while sifting to stop lumps from forming
* Step 3
Allow to simmer and thicken and reduce, place steak on plate, finish sauce with butter and serve while hot!
