Soya malai chaap
Soya-bean is a healthy vegan substitute for meat and can be prepared as a curry base which goes well with rice/roti/paratha.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the soya bean chunks until its fluffy. Pour the yoghurt over it with the ground spices(cumin, coriander, red chili powder) and mix well.
* Step 2
In a frying pan put the whole garam masalas and green chilis and onion, ginger/garlic and sauté well till it turns out golden. Pour in the soya bean mix and add ghee while continuing to stir. Add warm water and simmer.
