* Step 1
Satay onion and bell pepper(add any veggies cut small) add ginger and garlic paste, chilli powder and turmeric in a pan with a table spoon of ghee, let it cool add 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, add water, 1/4 cup chickpea flour and 1/4 cup finger millet flour add curry leaves and cilantro minced,add one table spoon organic psyllium whole husk powder and mix all ingredients well and make chilla/omelet/wrap
