Bangladeshi Radish Greens (Leaf) stir fry Recipe 🍲

#quickbf #onerecipeonetree #teamtrees "Radish" is known as "MuLa" in my Country Bangladesh. In Bengali language, we called this "Radish Greens Stir fry" recipe as "MuLa Shak".

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the Radish leaf properly and wash them with water. Clean them and drain the water from it. Take the chopped radish leaf in a Pan and put chopped onions and green chillies into it.

* Step 2

Now cover the pan and heat the pan on flame to steam the leaf probably. After it's 100% boiled stop the flame.

* Step 3

Now take another frypan, put some mustard oil into it and heat it on stove.

* Step 4

Put chopped garlic and dry red chilli into it and fry in a low flame 2 minutes. After that, put all the boiled radish leaves into it with salt as required and stir fry them properly in a medium high flame.

* Step 5

After it done, stop the flame immediately. Bangladeshi Radish Greens stir fry is ready.

* Step 6

Serve it as a side dish with hot steamed rice, bread, paratha, nun etc. and enjoy the delicacy of Bengal.
