* Step 1

Saag,palak,methe,bathoo sab ko ache trha dhoo kar kaat le or pher aik pan me thora sa pani garam karein jab pani boil hojai toh usme saag,palak,batho, r methe sab daal de pher isme lehsan ke aik ghatti cheel kar sabit dal de, hare mirchi kaat kar or namak dal kar pakne kai lye rakh dai halke anch per.

Jab saag ache trha gal jai or pani bhe sirf aik pyali reh jai toh usme makai ka atta yeh gandum ka atta daal kar aik min kai lye dhakh kar pakne kai lye rakh dain.

Jab saag pak jai toh stove se utaar kar lakre ke ghotne se saag ko ache tarha ghoot lain.

* Step 4

Aik pan me saag ka tarka tayar karein, Desi Ghee ya makhan garam karai or usme adraak fry karein or saag ko tarka laga dain.
