Raw Mango green chili aachar
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a glass bowl add mango cut pieces and green chili add salt red chili powder tarmaric powder mix well and keep over night
* Step 2
Next day remove well water
* Step 3
Take a mixer jar add all spices and lightly grind and mix well in to mango and add vinegar mix well
* Step 4
Now transfer into glass jar / take a pan add oil cook for 2minutes and flame off
* Step 5
After cool add mango masala
* Step 6
Now keep inside with cover for 10 to 15 days
* Step 7
After 15 days you can use
