Chicken lasagna

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil and butter heat add green chili garlic stir fry add onion stir fry add chicken pieces stir fry to cook and cook well with lid 5minutes
* Step 2
Now add vegetables stir fry to cook and add spices stir cook 2minutes and flame off keep aside
* Step 3
Grind tomato and keep aside
* Step 4
Take a pan add oil heat add onion stir fry cook add grind tomato paste cook for 5minutes
* Step 5
Now add spices to the sauce and cool for few minutes. Add in vegetables and chicken.
* Step 6
To make the white sauce- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp butter and add flour stir fry to cook and add milk, stir it cook until forms a thick sauce.
* Step 7
Now add cheese stir and add seasoning, mix and add cream stir cook 1 minutes and flame off keep aside.
* Step 8
Take a pan add water and add 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp oil.after boil add lasagna sheets & boil for 3 minutes. Strain the sheets from water and set aside.
* Step 9
After boil strain and sprinkle cold water keep in plate each separately and drizzle oil.
* Step 10
Take a bowl add butter spread and white sauce layer.
* Step 11
Followed by arranging 1 lasagna sheet and tomato sauce with chicken and vegetables.
* Step 12
Sprinkle cheese of your choice on it. Garnish capsicum tomato cut small pieces and sprinkle chili flakes - Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake it for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Let it cool.for 5 minutes and slice it into squares and serve it hot.
