Cooking instructions

Take better gaurd clean and remove seeds and sprinkle salt and keep aside for 20minutes and wash keep aside and cut pieces bitergard mix salt and keep aside
* Step 2
Take a mixer jar add cumin seeds mustard seeds fenel seeds fenugreek seeds grind thin fom add kalonji mix and keep aside/ take a pan add oil heat and onion stir add half chana dal salt ginger garlic paste red chili pawder amchor pawder and half grind masala pawder stir fry to cook well and add coriander leaves
* Step 3
After cool staffing in bitergard and lightly fry in heat oil and keep aside
* Step 4
Take a pan add oil heat and stir fry bitergard and green chili and keep aside/ sam pan add onion stir fry lightly and add tomato ginger garlic stir fry add chana dal salt red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder stir fry to cook and add grind masala stir fry add coriander leaves
* Step 5
Now transfer into serving plate and arrange stuff bitergard
* Step 6
Now garnish coriander leaves lemon tomato flower
* Step 7
Ready to serve with paratha or romali roti
