Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add Mutton mince add onion ginger garlic paste green chili dry red chili chana dal black pepper salt cook well and dry water after cool grind in mixer and add lemon juice 1 egg chopped onion mesh potato coriander leaves mint leaves grind garam masala mix well and make fine kababs
* Step 2
Take a bowl add 2 eggs beat well add salt 1 pinch and take a pan add oil and dip kababs in beated eggs and fry hot oil
* Step 3
Fry it hot oil and keep tissue paper
* Step 4
Ready to serve with paratha and salad chattny
* Step 5
