Paneer malai kofta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add paneer and potato some salt red chili green chili coriander leaves and chat masala khoya and 1 tbs flour mix well / make kofta and staffing raisins and cotting flour dust
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil heat and fry koftas and keep aside / take a pan add water and add ginger garlic green chili onion tomato cashwnut cook well and after cool grind well smooth batter and strain
* Step 3
Take a pan add oil add this batter and stir fry to cook add salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder cumin powder mix and cook add curd stir cook add fenugreek leaves stir cook
* Step 4
Now add coriander leaves and stir cook well then to thicken gravy add cream/ transfer to arrange kofta and pour into gravy serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves green chili tomato flower and cream
* Step 5
