Mutton mince masor polaw with boondi raita
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cordamam green cordamam and star anees bay leaf stir fry and add Mutton mince stir fry to cook and add tomato ginger garlic paste salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder and green chili stir add some water and cook well with cover slow Flame for 10minutes then to tender and dry water
* Step 2
Now add brown onion and stir fry to cook well and mix boiled dal and keep aside/ take a pan add sprinkle boiled rice and Mutton mince layer and sprinkle coriander leaves garam masala tomato slices lemon slices and again sprinkle boiled rice sprinkle tomato slices lemon slices coriander leaves green chili milk and garam masala orange colour rose water and fry potato and onion fry in oil and sprinkle bhagar and cover with lid and keep for full Flame 10 minutes and 20 minutes for slow Flame
* Step 3
Take a bowl add some water and add boondi and keep aside for 1 hours / take a bowl add curd and beat well add salt red chili powder black pepper mix and add chopped onion coriander leaves green chili mix well and add socked and strained water boondi
* Step 4
