* Step 2
Take a pan add kichra weat and water and keep for cook well and tender weat/ and take a pan add moong dal toar dal masor dal mash dal lobia rice wash and sock 1/2 hour and cook for tender and add weat mixture and blend until smooth batter and add Mutton and cook well add coriander leaves mint leaves green chili grind garam masala chat masala mix well and onion and oil baghar
* Step 3
