Mutton mince staffing in potato cutlets
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a cooker, add mince and ginger garlic green chili salt and red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder onion and close cooker. After 4 whistles open the cooker and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add beat curd, stir fry and add 2 tbsp oil and stir fry and stock water. Add coriander leaves and keep aside
* Step 2
Boil potatoes and mesh add bread slices and corn flour coriander leaves salt and red chili powder pinch mix well
* Step 3
Take potato mixture and stuffing mince and knead into kebab shape
* Step 4
Take a bowl add egg add pinch salt and beat well until smooth and dip cutlets in eggs batter and coating bread crumbs and shallow fry
* Step 5
Ready to serve with mint chutney
* Step 6
