Chicken shami kabab
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Assemble all the ingredients together, chop onion and assemble whole spices.
* Step 2
Take chicken add chana daal and all the whole spices adjust salt. Add the required water.
* Step 3
Once the chicken gets tender let all the water get dry. Now chop 1 onion and handful coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Grind the chicken into the mixer grinder and add chopped onion and coriander and mix it well. Make medium sized even kababs.
* Step 5
Break an egg and whisk it now coat the kababs with egg and shallow fry them. Serve hot with rumali or paratha.
