Cookies with feta cheese
These salty cookies are made with feta, dill, parsley . We bake these to have with Turkish tea. In the States when I go to a bakery store, I don't find anything but sweet..Unless is a Turkish bakery store. With these ingredients you make 20 cookies, you can be creative and add olives too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl mix margarine and feta cheese
* Step 2
( separate one of egg's yolk aside ) add one whole and the other's white
* Step 6
Add chopped parsley and dill
* Step 7
Add vegetable oil and flour
* Step 8
Mix all the ingredients well, dough will not dry nor too juicy , if necessary add some more flour.
* Step 9
Give some shapes to dough, using parchment paper place on a baking tray, set the oven 375°F
* Step 10
Brush cookies with egg yolk
* Step 11
Add nigella seeds top of them
* Step 12
Cook until they are golden about 20-25 minutes. Make sure bottom of the cookies also cooked ! Will come up with 20 cookies
