Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pressure cook soaked white peas along with water turmeric, chilli powder and salt for 4-5 whistles.
once the pressure releases, mash the peas. keep aside.
* Step 2
Mash boiled potatoes,
add puffed rice, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
combine well and prepare patties
Deep fry to golden brown and crisp.
* Step 3
In a plate arrange patties, pour ragda and top with green chutney,tamarind chutney, onions, tomato, sev and coriander leaves.
