Special Honey Mustard Pork Belly & Ribs
We have added some personal spice to the regular Honey Mustard recipe and we use a special type of mustard to make it even more gourmet.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the Pork cut with plenty of water. Add Salt to taste.
* Step 2
Place the Honey, Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce and Soy Sauce in a bowl. Mix well. It is very important that the Mustard has whole Seeds. Thats an Old Fashioned Mustard and it gives the sauce great flavor.
* Step 3
Pour the mix and spread it all over the Pork Cut. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
* Step 4
Grill the Pork cut at low heat for 30 min on each side.
