I thought it might be delicious if I cook pumpkin just like how I make potato salad.. and it turned out delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ I made mayonnaise according to the recipe from a cookpad Japan! (https://cookpad.com/recipe/3650651#share_other)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut pumpkin before boiling as in picture.

* Step 2

Boil eggs and pumpkin.

* Step 3

Dice onion into small pieces.
Image step 3

* Step 4

Dice half of cucumber and slice some of them.
Image step 4

* Step 5

Smash boiled pumpkin

* Step 6

Mix all ingredients well and add boiled eggs (cut into small pieces or slice them)
