Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the margarine, put in the garlic and shallot, then put in the onion.
* Step 2
Next, put the chicken, carrot and celery in. Add some chicken stock, then boil.
* Step 3
Season with salt, sugar, condensed milk, groung nutmeg.
* Step 4
Add some flour, until it's thick. Then let it cool.
* Step 5
Take a bowl, mix flour, starch flour, egg, water, and 1 tbsp cooking oil until the batter smooth.
* Step 6
Heat the pan, put the batter in, flip upside down until it's cooked, let it cool.
* Step 7
Fill the ragout inside the wrap. Soak in the egg, cover with breas crumb then fry.
