Rum Whipped Cream

* Step 1

Put metal bowl and wire whisk in freezer for ten minutes.

* Step 2

Place sugar, cream, and rum extract in bowl. Beat on medium speed about 6-8 minutes until you reach stiff peaks, or in other words firm whipped cream.

* Step 3

Variations; Banana extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, allspice, cardamom, espresso powder, coffee grounds, cocoa powder, mint extract, vanilla extract, almond extract, coconut extract, lime or lemon zest, lemon extract, star anise extract
