Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine oil and garlic in a small saucepan. Steep oil very slowly. Bring up to no higher than 160°. Cook for approximately one hour or until garlic is caramelized. Store in a jar for a few weeks. It has so many uses!
* Step 2
Allow oil to cool down to room temperature. Marinate chicken in enough garlic oil to cover and dried spices except salt for up to 48 hours.
* Step 3
Bake at 350° for approximately 50 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165°. Flip legs over halfway during cooking.
