Keto/Paleo/Vegan Crackers
Quick and easy way to make your own crackers. Suggested spices to try would be black pepper, rosemary, garlic, mixed spices. I like the milled linseed packs from Aldi containing dried berries. Very tasty.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix linseed, chia seeds, salt and spices in bowl.
* Step 2
Add water and mix to thick paste consistency. Adjust ingredients as necessary to form a thick paste. I wouldn't call it dough.
* Step 3
Cover baking tray with tin foil or baking paper and lightly spray with cooking oil.
* Step 4
Spread mixture thinly to cover tray and a score to mark sizes of crackers.
* Step 5
Cook at 160 C for 30 minutes. Check every 5 minutes to prevent over cooking. Temperature may need adjusting according to your own oven performance.
* Step 6
Cool down on a cooling rack at room temperature.
* Step 7
Store in airtight container for up to 3 weeks in the pantry.
