Crispy Roasted Potatoes
Something different to do with potatoes. Great side for steaks or grilled chicken.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Slice potatoes in even sized cubes. I do this be slicing potatoes lengthwise into 8 wedges, then chop in cubes.
* Step 3
Add potato cubes to bowl. Add olive oil and mix to coat potatoes.
* Step 4
Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese and stir to coat potatoes.
* Step 5
Line a rimmed cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
* Step 6
Add potatoes to pan in single layer. It is important that the potatoes do not touch!! They won't get crispy if they're crowded together.
