Slow cooked salsa

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut a small slit in two tomatoes and insert a garlic clove into each slit

* Step 2

Place tomatoes, onion, olive oil, and jalapenos in slow cooker

* Step 3

Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours

* Step 4

Let cool and place in a blender or food processor and add rest of ingredients and process until smooth
