Veggie Bean Relish

Put it on a hot dog, burger, or sandwhich. Also great as dip for chips. Experiment and try it on other foods as well. Please Note: This is a party sized recipe. For a smaller serving just cut ingredients in half.

Ingredient

Red Beans

1 tbsp

Salt

1 tbsp

Pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice up all veggies (green peppers, tomatoes, red onion)

* Step 2

Drain and rinse all beans.

* Step 3

Mix veggies, beans, dressing, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

* Step 4

Let sit for 12-24 hours. You can eat it right away but it is much better after it sits.
