Cooking instructions
* Step 1
saute shallots in 3 tbsp melted butter in skillet over medium heat until tender. add cream, simmer, reduce by 2/3's. reduce heat to low, add 3 oz cream cheese & marscapone. gradually stir in remaining cream cheese, cook until thickened. add green onions, remove from heat.
* Step 2
preheat oven to 350* brush bread with remaining butter. season with salt & pepper. bake until golden.
* Step 3
gently fold crabmeat into warm cheese mixture, pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, or evenly into ramekins. sprinkle with goat cheese & broil until golden brown.
