Church Chicken
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Pound chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness. (If breasts are very thick, they can also be butterflied.)
* Step 3
In a shallow microwave safe bowl, melt butter.
* Step 4
In a shallow dish, mix bread crumbs with dried herbs, parsley, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder.
* Step 5
Dip each cutlet into the melted butter, coat with the bread crumb mixture and place on a sheet pan.
* Step 6
Sprinkle chicken with paprika and drizzle with a little olive oil.
* Step 7
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
