Mix the brandy or rum, sugar, concentrates, and water in a large plastic juice container.
* Step 2
Place in the freezer until it gets slushy.
* Step 3
To serve, pour into a glass and top off with some seltzer.
* Step 4
*You can substitute club soda or any clear soda that you prefer for the seltzer.*
* Step 5
**This recipe makes about 3 quarts.**
