Gluten Free Ginger Berry Crisp
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Grease an 8 X 8 inch baking dish.
* Step 3
Place the berries and the ginger in the baking dish.
* Step 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oil or butter, vanilla and syrup and mix until crumbly.
* Step 5
Sprinkle the topping over the berries.
* Step 6
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until slightly browned.
* Step 7
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
