Mocha Bread Pudding With Caramel Topping

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 325°F.

* Step 2

Spray 13 X 9 inch (3quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

* Step 3

In pan, gently mix bread pieces, dates, nuts, coconut and cinnamon.

* Step 4

In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar and liqueur.

* Step 5

Beat in eggs with a spoon until well blended.

* Step 6

Stir in half and half and milk.

* Step 7

Pour over bread mixture in pan; toss to mix well.

* Step 8

Let stand 10 to 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.

* Step 9

Bake 1 hour or until set.

* Step 10

Serve warm bread pudding with warm caramel topping.

* Step 11

Store in refrigerator.
