Barbecued Mini Turkey Meatballs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In large bowl combine extra lean turkey breast meat, egg, bread crumbs, onion, milk, garlic and chili powder; mix well.
* Step 2
Shape into about 45 1 inch balls.
* Step 3
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat until oil sizzles, about 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add meatballs. Brown on all sides.
* Step 5
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Add to meatballs.
* Step 6
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
* Step 7
Cook, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
