Peas Be My Valentine
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil over medium heat.
* Step 3
Stir and cook until translucent, starting to brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
* Step 4
Add the brown mustard seeds.
* Step 5
When they start to sizzle and pop, add the curry powder, garlic, ginger and honey.
* Step 6
Stir well, and then add the peas.
* Step 7
Cook a few minutes until the peas are heated through.
* Step 8
Turn off the heat, stir in the sour cream and serve.
* Step 9
