Frozen Whipped Cream Dollops

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

With mixer on medium speed, beat heavy cream into soft peaks.

* Step 2

Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla.

* Step 3

Beat until stiff peaks form.

* Step 4

Transfer to piping bag fitted with star tip.

* Step 5

Squeeze dollops onto parchment lined cookie sheet.

* Step 6

Freeze 3 hours.

* Step 7

Keep in freezer for up to 1 month in an airtight container.

* Step 8
