Jackfruit Coconut Milk Smoothie compliments it every bit. It's not only creamy and luscious but also delightfully delicious. Jackfruit is a great Seasonal Fruit available in Summers and are quickly gone too. Therefore I make it a point to use it in as many recipes as possible.
This Smoothie is also one quick idea that struck me. I wanted to put it into action and see whether it's compatible or not.
Iam so glad that it worked but of course with a little of sweetner. I have used Kashmiri Honey here.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Deseed each of the jackfruit portions. Keep the seeds refrigerated for using later. These can be boiled or roasted. They taste delicious.
* Step 2
Now add the rest of the ingredients as mentioned to a blender jar along with the jackfruit portions. Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Luscious and creamy Smoothie is absolutely ready in no time at all. Make it fresh and consume immediately.
* Step 4
Serve right away super chilled to your families and guests. Enjoy!
