#Win#Week2 #cookpadindia #breakfast A popular Breakfast dish that's loved by all. It indeed is my all time favourite comfort food. It suits everyone's palate and is a lot more easier to make also. With simple pantry staples, a wonderful Breakfast can be whipped up in no time. This simple yet soulful food forms an important part of my Breakfast on a weekend or a special holiday. It usually is an everyday affair for my family if given a chance. They love it so much. As it takes a little extra bit of time, it usually adorns the dining table once a Week for sure. Though it is a must have on weekends, but that is for an entire bunch of friends and relatives exclusively. That cannot be ignored either. They would just hang around compulsorily. So what more to say than this. Let's Eat!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a smooth dough using all the ingredients for the Paratha. Use water as required.

* Step 2

Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Roll into big or medium sized Parathas or as desired. Roast them well by generously smearing Ghee or Oil. Stack up in a casserole to keep them soft and warm.

* Step 3

Boil Chickpeas using Salt and Turmeric. Do not over boil them. Heat oil in a pan. Add Ginger garlic paste. Saute for a few seconds and then add chopped Onions. Saute until done with all the spices added.

* Step 4

Finally add the boiled Chickpeas. Cover and simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves. Adjust Salt at this point. Sprinkle Garam Masala too.

* Step 5

Serve this piping hot Breakfast to your loved ones and relish it's awesome taste and aroma. You will definitely love it. Enjoy!
