A yummy Falooda with lots of toasted Nuts and Fresh Cream by me for your Iftaar meals. Thanda thanda cool cool Dessert cum Drink for breaking the fast in this Holy Month of Ramadan. Now enjoy the evergreen Dessert with a generous dollop of fresh cream at home. Present it in your unique way with umpteen number of variations and choices. This will definitely be an added attraction at your dining table for sure. Celebrate your important occasions with this Strawberry flavoured Falooda for your families and guests. A wonderful Dessert drink to complement your meals to the fullest.
You can make any flavoured Falooda for that matter. That is absolutely your choice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil Milk with Sugar and allow it to chill in the refrigerator. Now boil the Sev as per package instructions and set it aside. Add a few Saffron strands to the boiling Milk. Simmer for a few minutes until a bit thick. Later refrigerate it until use.
* Step 2
Soak Chia seeds in enough water for 20 minutes or until well soaked and done. For assembling the Falooda, take 6 tall serving glasses.
* Step 3
Add a tablespoon of Chia seeds to each. Followed by the Falooda Sev. Pour the chilled milk on top with some Fresh Cream as well as the slivered Pistachio, Cashewnuts, and Almonds. Finally, add a big scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream on top. Serve it extra chilled. You don't have to have any reason to make these yummy beauties folks, whip it up anytime you feel like having something refreshing and chilled. Enjoy! Yum!
