Cabbage and Capsicum Fried Rice

An easy Homestyle Fried Rice with Cabbage and Capsicum by me. It is a yummy alternative for any meal, especially Lunch. It goes along very well with just a simple Raita too. But it's totally your choice. You can serve it with any Chinese side dish as well.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Oil in a deep Kadai or a cooking pot. Saute Garlic for a minute before adding the shredded Cabbage and the Capsicums both. Saute them on a low heat until crisp and done. Don't over cook them.
* Step 2
Also add the other ingredients as well. Stir fry until the raw smell fades away. Meanwhile cook Rice as usual. However you can use leftovers too in this. It makes for a delectable meal.
* Step 3
Now after about 10-12 minutes of sauteeing, add Rice to it. Give it a good mix. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves. And serve it piping hot alongside any simple Raita of your choice. Yum!
